Publication Of The Summary Of Responses To The Consultation On Introducing Fixed Recoverable Costs In Lower Value Clinical Negligence Claims

Capped/fixed Costs Pilot Scheme

05 January 2018   Proposals have been put forward for a capped costs and fixed costs pilot scheme for claims up to a value of £250,000. Details of the scheme are contained in the recently published CPRC minutes.
