Goodwin Malatesta Plan For Business As Usual During The Covid-19 Outbreak

For the welfare of everyone associated with Goodwin Malatesta we have asked our team to work from home in compliance with the Government's most recent COVID-19 guidance.

Our team all have secure remote access to emails and to our document management system.  Any staff visits to our office will be kept to a minimum and only when unavoidable. All telephone calls are also being transferred to our colleagues' mobile phones.  Incoming correspondence via post and DX will continue to be monitored.

Our systems have been robustly tested and following implementation of this plan we are confident that no one will experience any change to the services we provide except that all communications and outgoing correspondence will now be via email or telephone.  We will of course continue to provide the highest standards of service to our clients on current and future cases.

For those who are party to proceedings where we are instructed, if you do not accept service by email we ask that you please inform us immediately.
