Managing Our Practice During The Covid-19 Virus Outbreak
These are very unusual and uncertain times and we are all having to prepare for whatever the COVID-19 virus outbreak may bring over the next few weeks or months. What is expected is the need for legal costs recovery to continue and indeed it may become even more pressing if the predicted downturn in the economy takes place.
Goodwin Malatesta wish to assure all our clients that we are complying with Government guidelines and all the necessary contingency plans are in place to ensure that we continue to provide the highest standards of legal costs services during these testing times.
At present our Epping office is fully operational, however should any of our team need to self-isolate or if the Government orders a lockdown similar to those experienced in Italy and Spain, our team of lawyers are able to continue working at home using secure remote access to our document management system. You should therefore experience very little difference to the services we provide except that we may use electronic communications even more than we do now.
When possible please communicate and/or instruct us electronically by email to any of our team or to admin@gm-lcs.com. We are also very happy to receive documents electronically via secure document exchanges such as Mimecast and Egress. If electronic communications and instructions are not possible please continue to use mail and/or our DX: Epping 40404 address.
