A former barristers’ clerk, Mark has considerable experience in a wide range of legal costs issues. He has acted on behalf of many local government authorities and major institutions during the course of his career and has attended many detailed assessment hearings, particularly in the Supreme Court Costs Office.
Mark is keen on all sports especially football, golf and skiing with his main passion being Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
